There is lots happening this Savage Club Season with our koreros, jam sessions, raids from other clubs and visits out and the Kindred Club Southern Group Get together in Waimate

Picnic In the Park
I know you all have it marked in your diary or on your calendar but here is the reminder and details.
When Sunday Feb 17
What time Noon
Where Timaru Botanical Gardens
The area behind the Cenotaph and near the tennis courts.
You can access
it from the Gardens or park on Queen St and walk through the gap in the hedge
What to BringYourself, Camp Chair, Picnic Lunch, Instruments and Singing Voice
Inclement Weather Arrangements !!
Hopefully summer will have arrived by then so I hope these arrangements are not needed.
However ... should the weather be unkind to us we will gather at the Savage Club
Hall and make the best of the facilities there.
Annual Dinner
The dinner will be held at the Timaru Town and Country Club in Douglas Street.
NOTE : we have changed
to a Wednesday evening so we may have exclusive use of the large room there.
When Wednesday 20th March
Time 6 pm onwards
Official Welcome 6.30 pm
It will be a great chance
for socializing and catching up with each other before our season of koreros start.
The bar will be open.
Meals may be ordered at the restaurant from the Board menu.
They have an extensive
menu. Full meals priced from $17 and desserts priced from $7.50.
There are some main courses available in half sized portions.

Subscriptions
Club subscriptions are $35.
These are payable now and should be paid by the 1st Korero in March
Paying Your Subscription Online
Paying your subscription online is a great way to do things.
Here
are the details:

Please make sure you put your surname and first initial as a reference
If you are paying at a Korero
- please put the money in an envelope and mark it with your name & what it is for.
That’s a great help to our Treasurer Bronwyn.
Club Talk Fliers
These will once again be put out on the tables at most functions
Don’t forget to pick up a copy so you keep up with what’s happening within the club
Disabled Parking
and Access at Our Hall
We do have ramp entrance into our hall at the side exit door.
On korero nights and all Club functions please leave the 3 car parks along the west wall of the hall free for those whom have
our Club Disability Stickers.
